We massively drew upon three of our hometown's underground bands' music in order to compose this one. Hence the subtitle. The title refers to a situation we all know. As for the lyrics, they're about how a relationship can make you feel invincible, especially when travelling by train.
This song probably qualifies as SSOTC's most violent one. It is the only one that actually has a kind of metal feeling to it. We used to play more of that stuff (see 1st album), and even though we are genuine grown-ups now, we still enjoy it a lot.
lyrics
Who are you sweet little thing ?
Staring at me whith shiny eyes
And that smile that makes the stars
Look so idiotic in the sky
I can smell that skin of yours
And I can hear your heartbeats
Never stop staring at me
You heartless bitch !
We'll drink the blood !
Of all the gods !
That roam the Earth and soon the knowledge of all things
Will be ours, within us, and we're never gonna
Die !
Faster ! Faster ! Let's go faster !
To the town of lights !
To the sea of doubts !
Or is it only the journey that makes sense, while the rest
Is nothing but mist and ghost and dust and puppets and
Death !
Now I know you little thing
I can feel you're not at rest
I can sense your lust for Springs
And the demon inside your head !
